PLEASE TAKE NOTICE
That Glenville Hill Fire District #8 on the 25th day of June, 2024 at 3:00pm at the Glenville Hill Fire District building, 1086 Church Road, Glenville, NY 12302, will publicly open and read all sealed bids and proposals received pursuant to this notice for the furnishing of work, labor and materials in connection with the New Fire Station Site Prep Work under this contract to include all materials and labor necessary to complete the work as outlined in contract documents prepared by LaBella Associates PC dated May 30, 2024. Each bid must be submitted as described on the official forms included in the Project Manual. The name of the bidder and the contract for which bid is submitted shall be indicated on such envelope. Plans and specifications may be viewed at the station of the following, Monday - Friday, between the hours of 9am to 12-noon, and 1pm to 4pm: Glenville Hill Fire District building, 1086 Church Road, Glenville, NY 12302. All sealed bids or proposals must be received by the Fire District prior to 3:00pm on Tuesday June 25, 2024 the date on which all sealed bids or proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud.

NOTICE TO BIDDERS - Glenville Hill Fire District #8 - NEW FIRE STATION PROJECT - EPOXY FLOORING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:
The Glenville Hill Fire District is requesting sealed bids for Epoxy Flooring at the new fire station project located at 1086 Church Road, Glenville, NY 12302. Bids shall be received at the office of the Glenville Hill Fire District No. 8 current fire station located at 1086 Church Rd. Glenville, NY 12302 until WEDNESDAY NOVEMBER 13, 2024 BY 1:00 PM PREVAILING TIME at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the bidding and contract documents and be clearly marked: ATTENTION FIRE DISTRICT SECRETARY—BID ENCLOSED: NEW FIRE STATION PROJECT EPOXY FLOORING. Specifications, plans and other requirements for the proposed work can be obtained from the Construction Manager, Hueber Breuer by contacting Colin Bragg at cbragg@hb1872.build . Any questions or inquiries regarding the work should be addressed to Colin Bragg via e-mail or by calling 315-416-4769 on or before November 13, 2024. The bid shall include all labor, materials, equipment, insurance and accessories necessary to complete the epoxy flooring work as described in the bid specifications. Installation of the epoxy flooring will be required in April 2025. The project is tax exempt and is a prevailing wage job. It shall be the responsibility of all bidders submitting a bid for this work to have reviewed and become fully familiar with all drawings, insurance requirements and specifications for the work. Bidders are encouraged to visit the jobsite to become familiar with the work, jobsite conditions, access and limitations. No bidder shall be permitted to revise its bid for failure to be completely familiar with the scope, specifications and requirements of the work.

ATTENTION BIDDERS - BID PROPOSAL FOR NEW FIRE STATION PROJECT - VEHICLE EXHAUST SYSTEM
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:
The Glenville Hill Fire District No. 8 (GHFD8) is requesting bids for Vehicle Exhaust System for the GHFD8 New Fire Station Project. Bids should be delivered to the Purchaser: Glenville Hill Fire District No. 8 - 1086 Church Rd, Glenville, 12302 The Project Architect is LaBella Associates - 300 State Street, Suite 201, Rochester, NY 14614 (585) 454-6110. This bid proposal shall be for all labor, material, equipment and accessories necessary to complete the Vehicle Exhaust System work as described herein. Any and all questions regarding this bid are to be directed to Hueber-Breuer - Colin Bragg cbragg@hb1872.build (315) 416-4769. It shall be the responsibility of each contractor submitting a proposal for this work to have reviewed and become fully familiar with all drawings, and all work for this project. In addition, each contractor should visit the jobsite and become fully familiar with the work, the jobsite conditions, its access and its limitations. There will be no revisions to the respective contractors for lack of inclusion of items in this or the preceding paragraphs of the Bid Proposal. The Contractor shall be responsible for compliance with all applicable safety and health regulations including the most stringent interpretations of OSHA standards. The insurance requirements of Hueber-Breuer Construction and the GHFD8 are applicable to this project. Each Contractor shall have the appropriate coverage prior to the start of any work. The costs of any premiums for this specific insurance coverage shall be included in the Base Proposal. This project is nontaxable and is a prevailing rate job. BIDS ARE DUE MONDAY, February 17, 2025 BY 2:00pm and will be publicly opened at the firehouse: 1086 Church Rd. Glenville, NY 12302. Mail or hand deliver sealed bids prior to deadline. The GHFD8 and Hueber-Breuer reserve the right to reject any or all proposals. Project Scope: Provide, deliver, and set in place all equipment identified within the attached specifications and equipment list. The following scopes are to be included in this proposal: Furnish and install vehicle exhaust system per plans and specs attached GHFD8 will provide power to main control panel; GHFD8 will provide power to ceiling at locations shown on attached drawings; Bidder is responsible for ALL wiring to complete the Vehicle Exhaust System; All line voltage power to be in conduit installed by Vehicle Exhaust System provider. All requirements as outlined in the attached specification. Coordination with all scopes of work per the project documents as issued by GHFD8. The attached specification is intended to be the basis for design. It is not intended to be proprietary and all manufacturers that meet the design specifications will be considered by GHFD8.
Installation of equipment will be required in April 2025
This contract shall provide any and all premium time or overtime required to complete work. BASE BID - Contractor agrees to be fully aware of the Project, all Drawings and Documents noted, the conditions at the jobsite, and further agrees to furnish all required Materials and Equipment necessary to complete the Vehicle Exhaust System scope for a total lump sum.
